(1) In civil engineering, for nitrogen generation skid-mounted units, which equipment is primarily supplied with nitrogen? What is the general requirement for nitrogen purity? (2) Is the gas source for nitrogen generation skid-mounted equipment air or instrument air? How should the nitrogen production process be calculated?
