The normal travel distance of the waste gas exhaust system in our factory’s coke ovens is 610 mm, but currently it is only 430 mm. I would like to ask fellow experts how to restore it to the normal value. It would be great if there were a specific adjustment plan available. Thank you!

The actual travel distance of 430mm? Where did this figure come from? The switch’s travel indicator scale? Is it still the actual distance of the rod travel x from start to end? Regardless of what the indicator shows, does it matter whether the switching system has reached its intended position? In other words, has the weight that needs to be lowered been fully lowered, and has the weight that needs to be lifted been fully lifted? If it is confirmed that the lever handle of the exhaust stack is in place, yet the switch indicates a travel distance of only 430 mm, this could be an incorrect reading caused by the wire rope used for indicating the travel distance coming loose from the pulley. If the actual travel distance of the pull rod is also 430 mm, then the switching system is definitely not in place, which can be clearly seen from the lever handle on the exhaust tube. The stroke of the switching system is equal to the extension distance of the rod in the switching hydraulic cylinder, and the extension distance of this rod corresponds to the distance from limit A to limit B. The short extension distance of the hydraulic cylinder rod is due, firstly, to a problem with the cylinder. Second, check the main control unit. Check the electrical control system three times.
