What to do if there is a power outage while the Texaco gasifier is in operation?
Are you from Lanzhou Petrochemical Institute? Me too; I’m from the 07 batch. The vehicle stops when the power is cut off – it stops on its own. Power is restored in 2 seconds, so there’s no need to panic

After a power outage, first check whether the burner cooling water pump is operating (with a backup power source). If it is not in operation, the pump must be started, followed by closing the outlet valve of the high-pressure pump (to prevent water from flowing back). The hopper should be set to the slag collection mode to save instrument air, while the gasifier maintains its pressure. The DCS display remains normal after a power outage
