Benzene crystallizes at a temperature of over ten degrees? !

Normally, crystallization should occur at around 5 degrees; currently, the outdoor temperature is nearly 20 degrees, and the benzene pump is leaking again. What’s more, crystallization is still happening – what’s going on here? I would appreciate some guidance from an expert. :)
Reply to 1# cleopetra6: I think it’s the salts that crystallize; they will crystallize even at 20 degrees. Are you using shielded pumps? If the pump temperature is high, and if the process permits, it is possible to consider flushing the pump inlet with deionized water

So the crystals are salt; that means that even at slightly lower temperatures, crystals will form in the pump tank, which could affect the sealing performance of the mechanical seal Thank you, the person upstairs~
