PDS file locked by another user

The PDS area won’t open; there’s a red message saying “FILE locked by another user”. What should I do? Also, how do I open the Command Window?
Is the model locked? Project administrator----File lock manager----Model; check the box after making a selection
Sometimes it might be that someone else is using that model at the moment; therefore, my personal advice is to first check whether anyone is using it. Only if indeed no one is using it should you go to the FILE LOCK MANAGER. Otherwise, even if you manage to unlock it, you will still get a message stating that the file is read-only...

Generally, this situation occurs when someone else uses your model; it’s best to verify things, otherwise even if you unlock it, you won’t be able to do anything with the model~~~
