Examination dates and subjects. The exam is scheduled to take place on September 3rd and 4th. The specific times and subjects are as follows: On September 3rd, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am – Laws regarding work safety and related legal knowledge; from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm – Knowledge of work safety management. On September 4th, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am – Work safety techniques; from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm – Analysis of work safety accident cases. II. Question types and requirements for answering the questions. The “Case Analysis of Work Safety Accidents” subject is a mixed format of objective and subjective questions, and answers should be written in black ink pens or 2B pencils within the designated areas on the special answer sheet. Candidates must read the precautions and instructions carefully before answering. The other 3 subjects are all objective questions, and answers should be marked on the answer sheet using a 2B pencil. When taking the exam, candidates should bring a pen with black ink, a 2B pencil, an eraser, a pencil sharpener, and a calculator (without a case, silent, and without any text-editing or storage functions). The draft paper used for the exam in the course \"Case Analysis of Work Safety Accidents\" is provided uniformly by the examination authorities and collected together with the test papers after the exam ; The test papers for the remaining subjects can be used as scratch paper; no additional scratch paper will be provided. III. Application requirements and conditions for obtaining the certificate. IV. Registration procedures and requirements. The examination is conducted through online registration, preliminary review by the employer, on-site verification of application requirements, and online payment. Applicants must log in to the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Website (website address: www.zjks.com) from April 13 to 27 to complete the online registration. At the time of registration, applicants must fill out the “Registration Form” accurately in accordance with the requirements of the registration system, and also upload electronic copies of their identification photos. After receiving approval and the issuance of a stamp by the employer or the relevant regulatory authority, applicants must go to the locations designated by the human resources and social security (personnel) departments as well as the work safety supervision departments in the cities where they reside, from April 26th to 28th, to undergo an on-site verification of their eligibility (for contact numbers, see the “Guidelines for Procedures” section on the homepage of the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Website). Applicants from provincial and ministerial-affiliated institutions based in Hangzhou (for the classification of such institutions, please refer to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section on the homepage of the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Website) should go to the service counter of the Provincial Personnel Examination Office (located on the first floor of Jinhui Building, No. 73 Moganshan Road, Hangzhou, open from 8:30–11:00 am and 2:00–5:00 pm) to have their eligibility for application checked. Applicants requesting exemption from certain subjects must also submit 1 original and 1 copy of the relevant documents. Taiwan residents should also submit a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. Each city must carefully review the application materials submitted by applicants. For those who meet the application requirements, the “application form” must be accepted, along with an opinion on the qualification review and a stamp ; At the same time, one copy each of the proof of length of service, ID card (officer’s ID), educational qualification (degree) certificate, and copies of the relevant documents showing eligibility for exemption from certain subjects is collected. After stamping the \"Online Payment Notice\" submitted by the applicant, these documents are returned to the applicant. All cities are required to send the application forms and other relevant documents of those who have passed the eligibility review to the Provincial Personnel Examination Office by express mail before May 10. Those who have taken this exam in previous years and are taking it again should register online as previous candidates at the specified time and print out the \"registration form\" (to keep for themselves); there is no need to go in person for a verification of the application requirements. After completing the online registration, they can pay the fee online within the designated deadline. Those who meet the application requirements after review, as well as those taking the exam again, are requested to log in to the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Website from May 18th to 27th to pay the exam fees online. Those who fail to appear at the site for the eligibility verification within the specified time, or those who fail to pay the examination fees by the required deadline, are considered to have automatically given up their application to take the exam. Candidates who have paid the fee online should log in to the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Website from August 31 to September 2 to download and print materials such as the \"admission ticket\", and take the exam at the specified time, place, and in accordance with the given requirements. V. Examination organization and fees. The examination sites are all located in Hangzhou. All municipal departments of human resources and social security (personnel) as well as those responsible for work safety supervision and management are requested to carry out various tasks related to exam registration, such as promoting the examination process, reviewing eligibility requirements, and submitting registration documents, in accordance with the exam schedule (Appendix 2). The fee for the exam is 45 yuan per person per subject, to be paid by the candidates online.
