This forum currently has two moderators, but in reality only one of them has been involved in management over the past few months; the other one serves as a figurehead. With just one person managing the forum, it’s inevitable that management may suffer when there is a heavy workload. It is recommended that the moderator recruit suitable members to take on the role of moderators, thereby strengthening management and promoting the development of the forum.
