That project is still just something at the moment; it will take some time before it can be put into effect. If the local area isn’t like Xiamen, this project won’t succeed.
Yes, projects like that shouldn’t exist in Weihai. That’s just the way we Chinese are – we always think only of the present; for the sake of future generations, it’s better to give up on such things. Can the United Nations Habitat Award be obtained for free?
