I have a question: Are many places in China currently investing in the construction of new plants for producing ethylene and propylene, or expanding the production capacity for these substances? Tianjin Petrochemical is a project jointly invested by China and Russia to produce 10 million tons of oil and 1 million tons of ethylene； Sinochem Refining has also invested in a refinery with a capacity of 10 million tons and an ethylene plant with a capacity of 1 million tons in Zhanjiang ； CNOOC Huizhou will invest in refining capacity of 10 million tons and ethylene production capacity of 1 million tons ； CNPC’s projects in Taizhou, Zhejiang, and Jieyang, Guangdong, also involve investments in oil refining capacity of 10 million tons and ethylene production capacity of 1 million tons; these are all new projects.
