After the first perforation in the water tank (aluminum tubes) of the carbonization and purification tower (integrated tower), issues with the material were suspected; after replacing it with a new water tank, another perforation occurred within a month (in the same location), and ammonia erosion was suspected as the cause. Since the ammonia solution is located at a considerable distance from the top water tank, it is the top tank that is damaged. Those who have experience in this area, please share it.
Cut the pipes of the faulty water tank to determine whether the perforation is caused by internal corrosion or external corrosion; if it is internal corrosion, the reason might be a high concentration of Cl ions in the cooling water.
