If the owner is using a small chiller unit in which the condenser and fluorine storage tank are combined, an excess amount of Freon will occupy space in the condenser, preventing proper condensation and resulting in high pressure. If it is not integrated, there are two factors at play: one is the mismatch between the condensation area and the evaporation area, which is an inherent issue; the other is the fouling of the condenser, such as scaling, which leads to poor heat exchange and can also result in high pressure.
Reply to 3# huawei: We have turned on all the coolers and cleaned them thoroughly; the pressure of the cooling water is also within the proper range. Yet, the high exhaust pressure is still causing the system to shut down. Our factory uses 160 m3/h – I’m not sure if that’s enough
Reply to 2# renzongkai: Thank you. Earlier, the system shut down due to low suction pressure; after adding Freon, it stopped working again because of high exhaust pressure. With your advice, we will check the Freon to see if that is the problem.
