The base bonus for moderators is 400 wealth, with a maximum limit of 1000 wealth. *That is, ordinary qualified moderators receive a bonus of 400 wealth points; those with good performance get 400–1000 wealth points. Outstanding moderators (no more than 3) receive 1000 wealth points plus 1 reputation point, and may also receive an additional 1–20 charm points. *Unqualified moderators receive no bonus points at all; if communication proves ineffective, they should be removed from their position. Please make sure to send the requests in strict accordance with the above standards, using highlighted bold text in blue in the management team’s forum. Tip: The wealth value obtained from daily sign-ins by the management team is twice the normal value. First of all, I would like to apologize to everyone. Due to work commitments, I have been quite busy and have neglected to manage the forum properly, which has resulted in insufficient communication with you all. Although there have never been particularly many posts in the foreign language section, the data as well as my own checks show that the two senior moderators and some other moderators are working diligently to promote the development of this section.
