Issues regarding H2S in butadiene spheres

Are spherical tanks in general tank farms regularly subjected to compositional analysis? Are you concerned about H2S levels? From a process perspective, will there be H2S in the butadiene sphere tank?
We are also concerned about this issue. Recently, we were tasked with designing and manufacturing butadiene storage tanks for a client; the butadiene mixture provided by the client did not include any specifications regarding H2S levels, but it did specify the water content. We are very worried about the risk of stress corrosion resulting from the combined effect of H2S and water. The client informed us that, according to the butadiene production process, it is possible for H2S to be generated, but its concentration should be very low, and it is not one of the parameters measured in butadiene analysis (per GB/T13291-2008). As a precaution, we specified an upper limit for H2S content in our tank design drawings (although this is essentially a nominal value, as the client does not even conduct tests for H2S levels)
