What are the causes of high turbidity and sludge in circulating water? How should this be solved?
A major reason for high turbidity and sediment content may be inadequate control of algae and bacteria. Of course, it’s not that scale inhibitors have no issues; there is a strong connection between them. When corrosion and scale inhibition agents are not effective, a large amount of scale particles and iron ions end up in the circulating water, which in turn creates conditions favorable for the growth of bacteria and algae. It would be best if you could provide the make-up water reports and water quality reports for the circulating water system, so that others can give you some suggestions!
