The feeding valve we use for synthesizing trichlorosilane gets clogged every time material is fed, and we also don’t know how much is being added each time. Please help us

Is it caused by fluid accumulation inside the pipe by TCS? Is there no electric heating device?
It is necessary to determine this based on the method of feeding: whether the preheated nitrogen contains water (steam from the jacket). Equipment failures can easily lead to water entering the reactor, and inadequate sealing of valves can cause chlorosilane to come into contact with water-containing silicon powder, resulting in blockages.
