(2) Installation of sewage drains for pumps: l) Install sewage drains around the pump foundation; alternatively, sewage drains can be arranged in a centralized manner in front of the pump, with the pump foundations aligned with each other ； 2) In pump areas where corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, or other chemical agents are concentrated outdoors, acid- and alkali-resistant flooring should be considered, and a retaining wall should be installed; the floor within this wall should slope toward the sewage ditch, from where the waste water containing acids, alkalis, or other contaminants is discharged into the corresponding sewage system.
