Cold transfer level gauges are often inaccurate; how can oil in the level gauge be avoided?
Where does the oil come from in cold rolling?
Replace it with a different type of level gauge
Strengthen the management of oil usage for compressors, circulators, etc., enhance system oil drainage, and try to prevent oil contamination from entering the system.
Reply to 2# Yan Qiusheng: I’ve also been thinking about this issue. Logically, there shouldn’t be oil in the cold junction; it’s likely that there’s a problem with the oil level after the circulation pump.
What is the synthesis process flow of the original poster? Isn’t the gas with ammonia condensed through cold exchange the gas coming out of the synthesis tower? This gas needs to contain oil; can your synthetic catalyst be used?
Drain oil frequently! And use other level gauges!
