Hello everyone, there is a project for the recovery of associated gas from oil fields. After compression to a pressure of 5 Mpag, this gas is dehydrated and deacidified before being sent to gas power plants; it contains 10 mole% CO2. As required by the client, TEG technology is used for dehydration, while amine technology is employed for CO2 removal. The CO2 content in the treated gas should be no more than 2–3% on a volume basis, so as to meet the requirements for transmission and use in power plants. We are looking for manufacturers who can provide information and suggestions regarding dehydration and CO2 removal.
Chengdu Keda Automation Control Engineering Co., Ltd. specializes in natural gas dehydration – you can reach out to them for information!
Dehydration is easy to handle, but for decarburization, I know that the Dagang Design Institute is quite proficient in this area; they have relevant experience and the necessary capabilities.
Reply to 3# suger007: Dagang is only responsible for piping work; it does not possess the process package itself, which is provided by a company in Chengdu.
Chengdu Wuhuan Xinyue Chemical Co., Ltd. holds invention patents for purification technologies
We have dealt with gases containing 7% carbon dioxide; we are familiar with all aspects related to large quantities of associated gas. If possible, I would like to discuss this in more detail at gaoyuan3333@163.com. MDEA is a viable option, but other issues such as corrosion need to be taken into consideration. TEG dehydration works well regardless of the volume, whether it’s 100,000 or 4 million units
Our company can provide comprehensive services for desulfurization, decarburization, dehydration, LPG processing, as well as process packages and skid-mounted equipment.
It’s been some time, but I still pay attention to such things. We specialize in water removal, with particular experience in removing water from gas associated with oil fields. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact me; QQ: 50315827
