No vaporization adjustment or purification is needed
Currently, most carbon dioxide is produced through flashing; by reducing the flashing pressure, it should be possible to flash out more carbon dioxide. However, it is likely impossible to reach seventy percent.
In my opinion, the amount of carbon dioxide can be adjusted: there are two methods for this: 1. All the sulfur-containing methanol liquid coming out of the sulfur-containing methanol tank is sent back to the carbon dioxide separation tower (Tower 2). 2. The methanol stream that comes from the bottom of the middle section of the carbon dioxide stripping tower and goes to the hydrogen sulfide concentration tower has two paths. At this time, the pipeline leading to the downcomer should be fully opened, while the pipeline leading to the trays at the upper part should be fully closed, in order to reduce the stripping of carbon dioxide from the solution; this ensures that all the carbon dioxide in that liquid phase returns to the carbon dioxide stripping tower (Tower 2)
