Flange standards

I recently received a project that requires the use of flanges, and the client specified that the flange standard should be HG/T20592 (B) 20#. Could anyone explain to me what B and 20# mean? What are the differences between these standards and our usual GB flange standards? Thank you
B doesn’t mean anything; it is HG/T20592(B) that, when combined, forms the complete standard name for a flange fitting. 20# refers to the material of the flange, namely 20# steel
20# is the material type, and B indicates that national standard pipes are to be used.
