I’ve heard that there will be significant changes to the scope of application of the new version of the regulations; it may be expanded in accordance with the ordinance.
Where did you get this information? Is it accurate? Is there a draft I can take a look at?
It is said to be under revision, with broad consultations being conducted. It’s probably still early before implementation; the new version of JB/T4708 has been submitted for review for a long time now, but it still hasn’t been released.
Scope of application of the new pressure vessel regulations: 1) Operating pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa； 2) The product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa·L ； 3) Containers for gases, liquefied gases, and liquids whose maximum operating temperature is higher than or equal to their standard boiling point
