Reasons for no drainage at all: Check whether the suction pipeline is blocked or leaking, and whether the suction height is too high. Reasons for insufficient discharge volume: local blockage in the suction pipeline, debris stuck in the inlet and outlet check valves, worn valves with poor sealing; check whether the motor is functioning properly.

Is there something stuck or corroded in the inlet and outlet check valves? Is the inlet filter clogged? Has the zero position of the stroke adjustment mechanism shifted, or was it not reset after maintenance?
It is also necessary to check thoroughly whether a control valve should be added. In addition to mechanical failures of the pump itself, factors such as whether the pipeline is blocked and the properties of the medium also need to be considered.
