How can one keep studying*?

I really want to improve my English skills, but I keep giving up halfway. What can help me persevere?

Then find a few more friends who are interested in learning English, and study together* while encouraging each other. If you’re too lazy, you can come up with some reward and punishment systems for one another – give it a try:D!
I’m just too lazy; as soon as I have free time, I go online to browse forums, listen to music, and chat. My colleagues are the same – I lack confidence, and there’s no learning atmosphere around me!
Reply to 5# chendongzheng: Just because someone likes to have fun and is lazy doesn’t mean they necessarily can’t learn English well. If you like to play, play games in the English version, watch movies with English subtitles, and listen to English songs with lyrics. Anyway, find an English version of whatever you like. By enjoying it, one’s English skills and interest in the language improve.
