Piston hydrogen compressor secondary compression inlet 10 kg, normal temperature; The first-level compression outlet is normally 18 kg, 50 degrees ; The secondary compression outlet is normally 28 kg and 60 degrees. Recently, when the cycle is not doing work, everything is normal. Once the bypass valve is closed and the pressure starts to increase, the outlet of the first-level compression is always overpressured to 22.5 kg (the first-level outlet safety valve jumps at 22.5 kg), and the second-level compression can also reach 28 kg. I replaced all the valves, cylinders, and pistons, and dismantled and inspected the pipelines. Still the same problem after re-opening. Can any experts analyze the reason?
Replacement with a new one does not necessarily mean it is in good condition. The new valve may still leak internally. Since the piston ring and support ring have been replaced, it is better to check whether there is still air leakage in the valve.

Do not believe that the new accessories are intact. There are many problems. Do a leak test before installation, and observe the operation after installation. Since the temperature difference between the primary and secondary levels is relatively close, it will increase the difficulty of judgment. Pay special attention to the different batches and even structures of the air valves before and after replacement. Compare the flow area of the air valve before and after.
How much is the secondary import now? What is the secondary exit?

Solved the problem and replaced the valve again.
1. It may be that the secondary air inlet valve is not closed tightly (maybe due to unreasonable installation or damaged air valve), and the secondary high-pressure gas flows back, causing the primary outlet to be overpressured. 2. The resistance from the primary outlet pipeline to the secondary inlet is too large. As for the fact that the second stage can reach the rated pressure, it is because the second stage is connected to the external system, and the pressure is not controlled by the compressor, but by the post-processing process, that's it.
