Install the vibrator. Note that the inclination angle should be >75 degrees. It’s still congested during the rainy season; use some shims and a sledgehammer to deal with it.
Yes, the coal dust humidity is 10%
10 percent moisture is indeed quite high; it can only be used in combination with dry coal. Also, try to increase the size of the coal feed opening and adjust its angle!
There is an opening at the back, to be connected with a gauge tube. Increase the coal-blowing air flow.
Install coal-shaking air guns; operators should strengthen monitoring and handle issues promptly
Basically, a hammer is used to deal with it; once it gets blocked, it’s very difficult to clear things up even by increasing the air supply.
When the moisture content in coal is too high, clogging of the coal feed pipes in circulating fluidized bed boilers is a common phenomenon, occurring both in winter and summer. This is mainly due to the fact that such boilers have several long tubes used for feeding coal; wet coal clumps and sticks to the walls of these tubes, which are at higher temperatures, a phenomenon commonly referred to as \"glazing\". Therefore, controlling the moisture content in coal is key to solving the problem; otherwise, under the current circumstances, workers are essentially forced to work harder.

The coal feed pipe of our plant’s 75T/H circulating fluidized bed boiler became blocked; sometimes we fix it by poking it with steel bars, and other times we use a hammer to strike it.
It would be better to install lining plates in the coal bin; stainless steel ones are a bit expensive. The polyethylene plates we use here don’t work very well – blockages still occur when the coal is wet. However, the problem of blockages is reduced when the level of coal in the bin is high. Blockages basically have to be cleared manually, and the loosening devices installed in the coal bin aren’t very effective either.
