VEGA level gauges were used on site to measure solid materials, but the measured values did not match the actual levels. Sometimes, even when there was material present, the measured value was 0. Is there any good solution for this?
Check whether the installation location is appropriate, paying attention to the antenna’s radiation angle. Whether the probe is contaminated and whether the parameter settings are correct.

I know that one issue is interference signals that prevent data from being transmitted, and it’s also possible that the probes are contaminated; however, there’s nothing that can be done about these problems. I would like to know which model you purchased from them – PUSL66 or PUSL68 – so that I can suggest solutions to your problems. Because I also work in the level gauge industry.
Using VEGA PUSL63 can effectively solve this problem
