It specifies the scope of application for the design of various specialties during the overall design phase of the XX project, and can also serve as a basis for preliminary design and detailed design. This includes the applicable standards and design criteria, as well as the main standards that are applicable, and so on. It also stipulates that national and industry standards that are mandatory shall be given priority; in the event of any discrepancies between the provisions of various standards, the stricter provisions shall apply.
Such regulations are usually company-specific standards and do not provide much guidance, especially for specific projects
