What is the purpose of the pipeline that leads the fresh gas, before it reaches the compressor separator, to the flare through a rotameter?
Guess: Is it the gas used for the eternal flame or the ignition device?
Reply to 2# yangzijiang: I used to think the same way, but I felt it was a waste to use fresh air, and the pressure can be quite high sometimes. But adding another flow meter is like using a torch for an everlasting light.
