The vibrating magnetic shaft in electrostatic precipitators often breaks down, and it’s not due to mechanical reasons – why?
Is it caused by temperature changes? There is no heating – only ventilation
We usually use 95-grade magnets; is there any issue with your porcelain? Is the magnetic axis torque too high? Is there a leak? Is there any issue with the temperature difference during operation? Is the electric heating element working properly?
It might be due to excessive temperature changes; especially when the machine is stopped for cleaning, the temperature should be lowered for a while. The quality of the magnetic shaft also plays a role
