When classifying heat exchangers, if the pressure on the shell side is high and P is taken as the design pressure of the shell side, then the geometric volume of the shell side should be V, which is obtained by subtracting the volume of the heat exchange tubes from the total volume of the shell side, right?
According to the old regulatory guidelines, no deduction is applied; the new ones are vague and unclear.
