Notice on Proper Preparation for the 2011 Registration of Safety Engineers Professional Qualification Examination, Training Office of the State Administration of Work Safety [2011] No. 72: To the Work Safety Supervision Bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, as well as to the provincial-level coal mine safety supervision agencies and relevant organizations: In accordance with the arrangements outlined in the Notice from the Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security regarding the 2011 professional and technical personnel qualification examination plan and related matters (HRSSB Office Notice [2010] No. 90), the 2011 Registration of Safety Engineers Professional Qualification Examination will be held on September 3rd and 4th. To ensure the smooth conduct of the 2011 Registration Safety Engineer Professional Qualification Examination, the relevant matters are notified as follows: First, all relevant organizations should, in accordance with their operational needs, actively cooperate with the local human resources and social security departments in handling the examination registration process. They must strictly adhere to the registration requirements and conduct thorough eligibility checks to guarantee the smooth progress of the registration process. II. In accordance with the provisions on separating examination administration from training outlined in the \"Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Registered Safety Engineers\" (issued in Document No. 13 [2003] by the Ministry of Human Resources), anyone involved in tasks related to the examination is not allowed to participate in any training courses related to that examination, nor may they take the examination themselves. III. Pre-exam training adheres to the principles of independent organization and voluntary participation. No entity or individual shall organize examination preparation training in the name of safety production supervision and management departments at all levels or coal mine safety inspection agencies. IV. The content of the 2011 examination was determined in accordance with the requirements of the \"Examination Syllabus for Certified Safety Engineers (2011 Edition)\". Information related to the exam syllabus can be found on the **State Administration of Work Safety website (www.chinasafety.gov.cn)** under the “Registered Safety Engineer” section. V. After the registration process for exams in various regions is completed, provincial work safety supervision and management departments are requested to promptly obtain information regarding local registration situations and fill out the summary table of registration data (Attachment 1), which should then be faxed to the Personnel Department of the **State Administration of Work Safety (Fax: 010-64463146).
