Dry air heater steam condensate issue

Since the use of dry air heaters, a large amount of steam always gets mixed into the condensate, resulting in unnecessary waste. Does anyone have any good suggestions?
With such a small amount of steam, I’m not sure what good use it could have; I’d like to hear any suggestions from others.
Connect it to the heat exchanger, create a large sink, ensure good insulation, and it can be used for bathing
