The problem of clogged silicon powder pipes

The silicon powder feeding system in our workshop keeps getting clogged. I’m not sure how experts handle this issue or how to prevent blockages; please give me some advice! Thank you so much!
This is an inevitable issue in the polysilicon production process; the key lies in controlling the moisture content of various materials and the degree of drying of silicon powder, among other things
You haven’t provided enough details; I don’t know where your silica powder is getting stuck – in front of the valve or behind it? Curved pipe? Rotary feeder? :lol

There’s no other way; just hit it hard with a copper hammer
Don’t they have professionals for cleaning? Just have it cleaned regularly
It would be better to blow the pipeline with gas after each addition of silicon powder.
Is it the silicon powder blocking the pipeline leading to V1200, or is it the silicon powder blocking the pipeline for feeding into the synthesis furnace?
