As production progressed, some problems emerged. Once, the main control card of the system failed suddenly. Fortunately, it was redundant, so production was not affected. After removing it, a large amount of dust was found inside; it was cleaned with a brush, and after reinserting it, everything worked normally. Control rooms these days are usually well-designed. Here, when there is downtime for maintenance, we use vacuum cleaners to remove dust from inside and outside the cabinets, then use hair dryers to clear the dust inside them; we also take out each component one by one to clean it. On normal days, we simply keep the control room clean

Each terminal is protected by a cover, and the connectors are placed inside control cabinets that come equipped with cooling fans. Apart from regular cleaning, the cabinets and terminals are cleaned thoroughly during major maintenance tasks. The connectors never require manual dust removal; such cleaning is only carried out by the manufacturer during inspections, and no accidents have ever occurred as a result of dust buildup. Therefore, it is very important to keep the control room airtight.
