As a petrochemical worker, I would like to know what differences exist in terms of compensation among petrochemical operators in different positions. It would be best if this were within the same company – for example, different main units or positions within a company such as those involved in catalytic cracking, distillation, gas separation, and MTBE synthesis. I hope fellow professionals can share their insights on this topic.
In our previous organization, there was no difference between these positions.
