Why is the pressure in the reflux tank of Column 2 in our gas handling unit higher than that in Column 2 itself?
If it is at the beginning of operation, it might be due to nitrogen not being completely removed from the tower; during normal production, it is because the tower contains a high amount of C2
The inlet temperature of the Tower 2 reflux tank is too low; is it below 30?℃
Has N2 penetrated in? Is there excessive cooling? Open the non-condensable gas valve to release the non-condensable gas. Check the process and close the valves tightly; adjust the cooling temperature appropriately
