How is the R507 refrigeration system performing in the polysilicon industry?

Dear sea friends, please share information on where the refrigeration equipment used in your companies is manufactured. Are there two-stage dual-unit refrigeration systems that use R507 as a refrigerant? Where are these systems produced, and what is their performance like?
The York units used in our factory are indeed effective, but they tend to accumulate liquid very easily.
In the polysilicon industry, apart from York, Yantai Binglun and Dalian Freezing also hold a significant position in the field of refrigeration equipment; however, they all use R22 as their refrigerant
York, Yantai Binglun, and Wartec (Emerson) all hold a certain market share in China. However, Wartec entered the polysilicon industry relatively late, and to date it has achieved limited results in this sector!
It depends on the operating conditions; domestic products are actually quite good too.
York performs fairly well, but liquid accumulation tends to occur during operation. R507 is much more expensive than R22, which is why most manufacturers choose R22
Reply to 5# zhuzhu2322: I’m not dismissing domestic refrigeration units; their actual performance is quite good! I have used units with ammonia cooling and R22 in the past, but I have definitely not worked with R507, which is why I turned to the experts here for advice. I am very grateful for all of your excellent responses!
The Grasso unit features dual machines with two-stage refrigeration; the low-temperature unit uses R23 as its refrigerant, while the high-temperature unit uses R507. R507 exchanges heat with R23, and R23 exchanges heat with toluene.
Both York and Bitzer have them, and they are all R22
