I would like to install the frequency converter in the MCC room, integrating it with the MCC. However, our management team, who have a mechanical background, insists on installing it in the control room, arguing that the control room is equipped with air conditioning while there is no need for air conditioning in the MCC room. They also claim that this is how it was done at the foreign-owned company Vauxhall before. Has anyone else done it this way? Aren’t you afraid of distractions?
That leader is truly a leader. Speechless! Saving costs is going too far! I’ve been working for over a decade now, and I’ve really never seen an inverter installed in the control room.

It’s not electrical, but from what I remember, I’ve never seen inverters in the control room
Our frequency converters are installed on-site as well as in the power distribution room.
I want to know this answer too; when we were handling installations before, the manager mentioned this solution

LZ is related to electrical appliances; we don’t understand instruments. . .
I think frequency converters should not be placed in the control room; the main concern is signal interference. Also, does the inverter require air conditioning? All the frequency converters I’ve seen are placed on-site or in the power distribution room, without any air conditioning installed.
