Personally, I believe that the quality of additives in the electrolysis workshop is often unstable due to human operational factors. (Especially small private factories) Do any of the more experienced colleagues have any good recommendations for automatic feeding equipment? Let’s learn* learn*.
If such equipment is not used properly or fails to be calibrated correctly, the impact is even greater.
Automatic metering pump! Transparent tubes are used for export, with regular manual inspections.
The equipment is flashy but not practical; manual handling is the most convenient option and also more reliable, with the worker’s sense of responsibility being the key factor.
