I would like to ask everyone: my unit is about to start up for the first time. What is the recommended purging procedure at the beginning of operation? We have planned a purging sequence that involves air purging, followed by steam purging, then water flushing, water pressure testing, and operational testing with water. Does anyone have a better purging method? Please share your suggestions; I only need details on the key steps, if possible
Steam purging – water flushing – water pressure testing – water operation – air purging to drain water. Is it a bit redundant to use both air blowing and steam blowing?
I agree with the person above; in the end, the wind should blow away the water. Otherwise, the first batch of products produced by the equipment will definitely contain too much water
