Pressure rating of the automatic isolation fluid filling pipeline and flow measurement pipeline

Orifice plates are used to measure flow rate; an isolation container is required depending on the medium, and an automatic isolation fluid filling system is employed. The pressure of the isolation fluid is 160 kilograms, and therefore the valves and fittings in the isolation fluid pipelines should also be specified for a pressure of 160 kilograms. So how should the pressure rating of the flow measurement pipeline be chosen? Is it acceptable for the valves and fittings in the measurement pipeline to have a pressure rating of 40 kilograms?
That shouldn’t be possible; the pressure should be the same, as they are connected. The pressure level should match that of the isolation fluid system.
I think it’s possible, because the pressure required to inject the isolation fluid must be higher than the pressure in the pipeline; of course, certain pressure-reduction measures need to be taken first.
