One unit is used for the procurement of raw materials and the purification of trichlorosilane (impurities such as dichlorodihydrosilane, silicon tetrachloride, and polymeric high-boiling substances of silicon), as well as for the detection of silicon tetrachloride; the other unit is used for the detection of dry hydrogen (impurities such as hydrogen chloride, carbon dioxide, methane, carbon monoxide, etc.). The initial plan is to purchase domestic brands; the chromatographs from those manufacturers that people have used are quite good. You purchase trichlorosilane to produce polysilicon, right? It’s best to use chromatographs from Agilent for the raw materials. There are many chromatographs available in China for detecting hydrogen, but it becomes more difficult when it comes to online detection.
