Our company’s purification system no longer requires water addition; before, it needed to be filled with water 1–2 times per shift. Please help analyze this situation. Thank you!
It’s probably because the moisture content in the flue gas is too high.
During normal production here, water is continuously added for purification, mainly to maintain the acid concentration, reduce temperature, and remove the dust resulting from pickling.
