How is the control system of Zhejiang University Zhongkong? Is it stable in operation? Are the cards prone to damage? Is the operation interface simple and easy to understand? What is the level of automation?
The interface of Zhejiang University’s control system is simple and straightforward; its degree of automation is not very high, but its advantage lies in its low cost.
Zhejiang University Zhongkong performs quite well in the air separation industry. The interface is very simple; my previous company used Zhongkong’s products, and the cards there seem to have never broken down!

We are also using Zhejiang University Zhongkong’s system; we have been using it for four years now. The card has not been replaced yet, and there have been no system crashes!

In our plant, the DCS systems from Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong are used in various units such as the ammonia synthesis system, thermoelectric units, urea production facilities, and air separation units. There have been instances where the cards used in the ammonia synthesis system were damaged, and the DCS system used for ammonia synthesis gas production was shut down once, apparently due to problems with some software loops!
