Why does the centrifuge filter cloth get caught during scraping? After installing the filter cloth, test it with a scraper; the scraper cannot reach the filter cloth
The positioning sleeve of the scraper is loose---------Manual inspection required; the design of the end-point adjustment bolt is unreasonable-------------Increase the air pressure to check the end point condition. The gap in the bearing chamber of the centrifuge is too large------------This causes excessive vibration in the centrifuge. The filtering cloth is installed in the wrong direction---------------Refer to the direction of rotation; this prevents the material from pushing the filtering cloth aside during scraping. The filtering cloth has a high water absorption and swelling coefficient----------Check whether the cloth gets longer after being soaked in water. The backing mesh is not installed properly------------------As a result, the filtering cloth does not fit properly. The filtering cloth lacks strength and rigidity--------It cannot be held upright as a single piece; the filtering cloth needs to be replaced
