The issue of differences in octane rating

The values obtained from our own octane tester are 6 points lower than those from the external testing – what’s going on? Do octane rating machines produce large errors in the later stages of operation?
Compare it with standard oil products imported from the United States. It still doesn’t work; it might be a systematic error, so I need to make some corrections.
First, prepare a toluene standard sample to see if it matches. Check again to see if there are any human factors?
Is the method of doing it different? Which one do you use, MON or RON?
