I believe that propanone and water cannot form an azeotrope. Looking at the structure of propanone, it is difficult for it to form intermolecular hydrogen bonds with water. However, propanone has another structure in the enol form, which allows it to form intermolecular hydrogen bonds with water on the surface. But the conversion between propanone and acrolein is extremely minimal. Therefore, I think propanone does not form an azeotrope with water
