About English listening

I’ve read many posts about improving English skills, and many of them emphasize the importance of improving listening abilities. Since my commute time has been quite long lately, I’m thinking about buying an MP3 player. (I already have a 2GB iPod Shuffle, but its functions are too limited.) Do any of you have any recommendations? It would be best if it had features suitable for practicing English listening
Reply to 2# kaixuanzz: A moderate price is fine. From what I’ve read about hearing aids, it seems that for practicing listening skills, it’s best to have a function that allows repeated playback of individual songs; additionally, it’s useful to have text display as well. I’m not sure if there’s a function for playing at fast or slow speeds. As for other features, it’s convenient to carry around and can be used while exercising
