For example: calorific value, sulfur content, internal moisture, and other parameters. A brief introduction to the process and equipment selection: GE gasifiers are used for gasification, Carthage low-temperature methanol washing is employed for synthesis, and patented technology from Dalian University of Technology is used for conversion!

The Texaco Gasification Process (GE) is the second-generation coal gasification process introduced in 1978. Its technical features include a wide range of compatibility with different types of coal, no strict requirements regarding the activity of the coal, but certain requirements are imposed on the ash fusion point of the coal (which generally needs to be below 1400°C)； Large production capacity per furnace ； High carbon conversion rate, with no pollutants such as tar or phenols in the wastewater ； The gas quality is good, with the effective gas content (CO+H2) reaching around 80%, and a low methane content, making it suitable for use as syngas.
OP, the instability in your operation is mainly due to vaporization issues? The Texaco gasification process is relatively mature and operates stably; what are your issues?
Overall, although the Texaco process requires less stringent coal quality standards than Shell’s and has relatively lower costs, its overall energy consumption is quite high!
Are there any requirements regarding the particle size of coal for coal-to-methanol production? What is the specific required particle size range? Is it necessary to use a air classifier to separate the coal particles in coal that are suitable for methanol production? Thank you~:)
