The title of an article

A paper from 07/08, authored by researchers from Shanghai Jiao Tong University; the Chinese version was published in 2007 and the English version in 2008. Chinese papers are shorter than English ones, but they cover basically the same content. My question is: what is a flat tube cross-flow heat exchanger in an English title? It is a flat-plate heat exchanger; by adding fins to it, it becomes a plate-fin heat exchanger. Fins come in different shapes, resulting in varying performance.
